Well, good news.

I'm a beginner artist offering free OC drawings for people who can't afford commissions, have never had artwork of their characters before, or simply don't know where to start.

Will the art be perfect?
Absolutely not.

Will it be made with genuine care and enthusiasm?
Also absolutely not.

...okay, maybe a little.

So if you'd like some lovingly crafted, slightly imperfect artwork of your character, feel free to send a request.

[ GUIDELINES ]

> IT'S FREE
No strings attached. This is primarily intended for people who have never had artwork of their OC before, or who feel too intimidated to commission artists.

Think of it as a beginner-level gift.

(Professional artists, I promise I'm not stealing your customers. I'm merely creating future art addicts. They'll eventually need the good stuff.)

> SIMPLE PORTRAITS
I'm mainly focusing on profile pictures, headshots, busts, and occasionally full-body portraits.

Perfect for your favorite Space Station 13 server, forum account, social profile, or whatever strange corner of the internet you inhabit.

> BEGINNER SKILL ALERT
I'm still learning.

If your character has an extremely complex design, unusual anatomy, excessive accessories, seventeen tails, or enough details to crash my brain's rendering engine, please check with me first.

> FREE-TIME PROJECT
I draw when time and motivation allow.

Please be patient. Real life occasionally launches unexpected side quests.

> NO GENITALS
This isn't about being prudish.

I simply know my current limits, and I'd rather draw something well than attempt something beyond my skill level.

> NO HUMANS OR NEAR-HUMANS
Human characters remain one of my greatest weaknesses.

Most attempts eventually drift into the uncanny valley and establish permanent residence there.

If I don't think I can properly follow your specifications or do your character justice, I'll let you know.

Sometimes after my brain catches fire halfway through the sketch.

I'll always do my best, but art takes time, experimentation, effort, and occasionally several battles against my own attention span.

My work ranges from semi-realistic cartoony to fully cartoony.

Simple backgrounds are available.
Complex scenes may be declined.
